Aviptadil

Aviptadil, also known as RLF-100 or ZYESAMI, is a synthetic form of Vasoactive Intestinal Peptide (VIP), a 28-amino acid linear polypeptide that acts as a neurotransmitter in the central and enteric nervous systems. Aviptadil is structurally identical to human VIP and exerts potent vasodilatory, anti-inflammatory, and cytoprotective effects by binding to VPAC1 and VPAC2 receptors distributed throughout the body.
